Makeit Simple -- Blue Hake with Penne


Boil penne pasta, drain.  

In olive oil, sauté blue hake (or any mild fish fillet) and 1 clove garlic, minced.  Turn heat to low.

Add to fish 1 small tomato, quartered then halved; 4 thin slices onion, rings separated; 1 Clementine or Mandarin orange, sectioned; sprinkle fish with Mrs. Dash.   

Add pasta, stir and serve.

Simple!
